King Kong, the biggest, best and most beloved movie beastie of them all, already has received appropriately lavish homage on laser videodisc in a Citerion Collection set (CC102L, $79.95) that includes a most entertaining audio essay on the making of the classic 1933 movie.
Now, however, there is a new laser disc edition of "King Kong" (Image ID7415TU, $49.95) that boasts an even better picture, transferred from a complete 35mm release print discovered in the late 1980s in Europe.
