Qld: Queenslanders will live to regret poll result Feldman
City-Country Alliance says Queensland voters will regret their decision to resoundingly
re-elect the Labor Party and support One Nation.
Alliance leader BILL FELDMAN says he's stunned by the election result, saying it seems
Labor have been rewarded for rorting and One Nation for fraud and deception.
Mr FELDMAN says voters will look back and probably rue the day, adding they're the
voters are the one who have to live with their decisions.
The CCA was formed late last year by former One Nation MPs after One Nation was deregistered.
Mr FELDMAN scored only 15 per cent of the vote in the northern Brisbane seat of Pumicestone
and was easily beaten by Labor.
His other five CCA colleagues are also expected to lose their seats.
Mr FELDMAN says he does not expect the CCA will be disbanded.
He says it was the party's first electoral test, adding it's not over by a long shot.
